Privacy notice

This covers the Erkos website and its waitlist. It does not cover the Erkos app, because the app sends nothing to us: your figures stay on your devices and in your own iCloud.

Who we are

Erkos is made by OWNER_NAME, based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the waitlist. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL.

What we collect

Your email address, and only if you join the waitlist. We don’t ask for your name or anything else.

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, handles your IP address to deliver the page and keep it secure, as any web host does.

Why, and on what basis

To email you to confirm your sign-up, and then to tell you when Erkos launches. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining and confirming. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it

We never sell or share your email address with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or three months after Erkos launches, whichever comes first. Then we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or unsubscribe using the link in any email we send. Write to CONTACT_EMAIL. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
